Phoenix recorded 1.97 inches of rain, marking its fourth-wettest October day on record. A flood watch remains in effect as saturated ground increases the risk of flash flooding in the region, with the heaviest rainfall expected in higher terrain areas. Phoenix may receive 1 to 2 inches of rain on Monday, with the potential for flash flooding in the early afternoon and evening. The 27th Annual Compassion with Fashion Fundraiser, titled Love Unleashed, was organized by the Arizona Humane Society to raise funds for homeless pets.
